This might sound crazy but this was actually the best haircut of my life. Carissa was so nice and professional. She made me feel super confident in the decision to trim 4+ inches off. The Lab has such an incredible vibe and such a cute aesthetic! Instantly feel welcomed and comfortable. It was my first time coming here and I have been on the hunt for a hair stylists for a while. Easy to say I found one for life here. Shalena is incredible. I showed her my vision and she made it come to life. I wish I could have her do my hair every morning before work. Her kindness, warm ness and level of professionalism is one of a kind. I have a really hard time with my self image and I walked out feeling beautiful because of Shalena. Outstanding. She cares about everyone she encounters and wants to make sure you love it. Thank you for the much needed reminder it’s okay to love yourself. I can’t stop looking at my hair.
